Mastering Money powered by Springboard To Wealth and its principals, partners, affiliates, and agents, hereinafter defined as "Coach" or "Program," the client(s) will be referred to as "Client" or "Student".
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Cancellations: You may request to cancel your ongoing subscription by emailing info@mastering-money.com.
Customer Responsibility: We encourage customers to carefully read product descriptions and reviews before making a purchase.
Proprietary and Confidential Information
Student acknowledges that Coach will share with Student proprietary and confidential information and strategies developed by Coach regarding mindset and will provide Student with proprietary and confidential materials developed by Coach. The information, strategies, and materials were developed by Coach through the investment of significant time, effort, and expense. Confidential Information includes marketing strategies, contract terms, pricing strategies, know-how, trade secrets, and any other information relating to the mindset strategies developed by Coach, whether such information is provided in written, oral, graphic, pictorial, or recorded form.
Note that under some legislations, we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other legal basis. We will clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing and whether the provision of personal information is a statutory or contractual requirement. You further understand that this is a soft pull and will not harm your credit in any way whatsoever.
Solicitation of Students Prohibited:
Our community guidelines strictly prohibit members from soliciting investments from other members. These rules are in place to protect the integrity of our network and to ensure that all financial dealings are conducted transparently and lawfully. This is a community for support, education and guidance. Any posts or indications a member is attempting to solicit funds from other members will result in your immediate removal.
Non-Disclosure of Proprietary and Confidential Information:
Student will not disclose and will use his/her best efforts to prevent the unintentional disclosure of Confidential Information to any third party unless Coach expressly consents in writing to the disclosure.
No Warranty:
The Coach does not warrant or guarantee that Students will earn any specific results as a result of the coaching program. The strategies in this course do not ensure a profit and do not protect against losses. Students should consult their own legal counsel, accountant, or other professional advisors.
No Joint Venture:
This Agreement does not constitute a joint venture, agency relationship, or a partnership of any kind between Student and Coach.
Affiliate Marketing and Advertising:
We engage in affiliate marketing whereby we receive a commission or a percentage of the sale of services on or throughout the course/website.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, civil authorities, military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Results:
Testimonials, case studies, and examples found on our website are results that have been forwarded to us by users of "Mastering Money" and "Springboard To Wealth" products, and may not reflect the typical purchaser's experience. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

Online Platform
Our courses are hosted by Circle in the desktop and the Springboard To Wealth App. They provide us with the online course creation platform that allows us to provide our online course to you. Your data is stored through Circle's data storage.
Payment:
If you make a purchase, we use a third-party payment processor such as SamCart. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS.
